  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by location:
    • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 1-5 business days
    • International Shipping: 5+ business days (customs processing may cause delays)

  • LightBeam by Stacee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
